The Compass Programme is a 4 session structured process for individuals seeking greater clarity about their personal values, priorities, and direction in life.

The work begins with a structured assessment of the areas that currently shape your life, including relationships, work, health, and meaning, and an exploration of where you feel aligned and where dissonance appears.

Using values based frameworks drawn from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we identify what genuinely matters to you, distinct from inherited expectations or externally imposed goals.

The next phase translates these insights into action. Together we examine the choices, habits, and commitments that move you toward your values, and those that move you away. The focus is on building psychological flexibility: the capacity to act in line with what matters, even when difficult emotions arise.

The goal is a clearer internal compass and a more deliberate way of structuring daily life around what is meaningful.
