The Menkreo Method Core Programme is a structured 12 session process designed for individuals who are experiencing ongoing mental health challenges and want to create meaningful and lasting change.

The programme provides an in depth psychological process to understand what maintains emotional distress and to build the skills necessary for regulation, stability, and growth.

The work integrates principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Theory, combining practical techniques with emotional insight.

Throughout the process we focus on recognising and changing unhelpful patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Clients learn to respond to difficult experiences with awareness and flexibility rather than avoidance or self criticism. The sessions also explore how early attachment experiences shape current emotional responses and relational patterns, supporting the development of more secure and balanced ways of connecting.

A central aspect of the programme is the exploration of personal values, clarifying what truly matters and using those insights to guide everyday choices and long term direction. The combination of awareness, action, and values helps to strengthen resilience and promote psychological flexibility.

The goal of the Menkreo Method Core Programme is not only to reduce distress but to support a deeper sense of wellbeing, self understanding, and authenticity in daily life.
